Sounds great! I think it's always good to have more practical work than theory. I wish it would be possible to have it like that for my studies. There are a lot of education programs that teach you the theories but never give you the chance to actually work or get some practical training and I've already seen a lot of people being unhappy with their job in the end because they always had the wrong idea. I only recently discovered that one field I might have wanted to work in definitely isn't the right thing for me just because of a practical training a few weeks ago. I don't think I would have done anything differently if I had known that before but I know that other people who go to university with me really regret their decision now. So having full time work with some lectures sounds really good to me (:
